Done 37/40 book! ✔ 💥 This book teaches about acheiving well-being - physically and mentally through the power of subconsious. 🔶Bad thoughts can cause disease because fears create bad chemical reaction in our body. 🔶To gain health, one must think well, eat well, breathe well & sleep well. 🔶A good practice for right breathing is to sit up straight, relax shoulders, expand lungs and breathe deeply. 🔶When we think exercise is for health, we're having fear about falling sick or disease. Therefore, we must always do exercise for fun, not for the prevention of disease.

  • All cures come from the same principle
  • The cures determined by the patients - how they think about the remedy more than the cures!**

  • WE have 2 functions: voluntary (eat,drink,brethe,sleep) and involuntary (subconsious)
  • Involuntary is driven by thoughts about health. Bad thoughts cause disease!

  • Faith starts from believe. Claim health, I'm well and perfect.
  • Gratitude, connect with Infinite Intellegence
  • Do not fear health, it brings disease

  • Act, eat, sleep, breathe, like a WELL person.

  • Receive health from thoughts. Harmonize with our thoughts - it's the source of power and health.

  • Think ealthity, act healthily
  • Eat only when you're hungry! Not appetite (desire, not nature)
  • u can't have hunger for liqur, that's called appetitie, desire

  • Too many schoools of eating, false premise.
  • Eat foods according to your regions and climates.
  • Indigestion caused by appetite not hunger....
  • Rice, oatmeals, wheat, corns, potatoes are good enough. Little variations build strong body.

  • Chew all foods. Focus on taste, not how much time it take
  • Eat mindfully, give full attention to eating. Not anxious about business/financial
  • Eat because you want it, not because it's good for you

  • Stop eating once hunger is satisfied
  • How much to eat = how much labor work you do
  • Drink water only, drink when thirsty

  • All things are living substance, thoughts create form, thoughts of motion create motions
  • Think only healthy conditions, functions
  • Do not judge the foods, dislike

  • We can't live without breathing. Air is food!
  • Breathe in straight spine, shoulders forward, expand chest, brethe deeply
  • Do not breathe as exercise, breathe as pleasure. When you think exercise is for health, you're fear about falling sick or disease*****
C15: Sleep
  • Brain recharge strength when sleep
  • Open the door get ample fresh air to sleep, ventilation!!
  • Sleep with purpose: wake with vitality, refresh, thank Universe, meditate
C16: Supplementary instructions
  • Your words, thoughts, act must relate to healthy conditions. Don't speak, think & act about disease
  • Pain still think about health. Recognize pain but see it's about to heal, to ease
  • Treat constipiation: eat when hungry, chew foods, do not study constipation
SUMMARY: Health is think and act in certain way. Everyone can attain perfect health.
